Key Responsibilities

Leads and directs medium scale technology development and integration projects in the region;

Identifies appropriate resources needed, ensures the various discipline heads delivered to agreed targets and schedules on time project completion;

Builds strong client contact, manages client expectations and responsibilities;

Responsible for measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and coordinate with all stakeholders;

Manages changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated and facilitate customer acceptance.

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in the IT industry (Systems Integration), of which at least 5 years as a Project Manager in complex IT projects;

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field is required;

Project Management Best Practices (preferably PMI or PRINCE2 or IPMA level B certification);

Solid command of English language (business terminology);

Excellent communication and teamwork skills;

Ability to work within a multinational environment.
